Divine

(October 19, 1945 -March 7, 1988)

Divine was the first queen of independent film. This actress/drag queen is best known for her roles in John Waters films such as “Pink Flamingos” and “Hairspray” which became cult classics making both Divine and Waters legends in American counterculture.
