Hero Trading Cards

My “Hero Trading Cards”, are mini portraits I drew with pencil and sharpie marker. I then scanned the images and used InDesign create trading cards made complete with biographies on the back. The cards were sold in packages of 6 with a stick of gum. The 18 hand packaged portraits include my greatest influences, artists like Frida Kahlo, spiritual leaders like the Dalia Llama, and political activists like Harvey Milk. My personal favorite card is of my father in his football jersey.
